The Power of Psalm 91

If you are yet to memorise Psalm 91 please do so as quickly as possible. It is one of the best psalms a believer should learn to confess day and night. It is a psalm that assures you of divine covering all day long.

Think of what happens when God is your refuge; you are guaranteed that nothing can harm you- Not even the snare of the fowler nor the perilous pestilence (vs 3).

Let's highlight some of the benefits of this psalm.
● Aside the one listed above, it is also stated in Vs 5 that you shall not be afraid of the terror by night ; nor for the arrow that flieth by day.

●Vs 6-You are covered from the pestilence that walketh in darkness;  nor the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

●Vs7- A thousand shall fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you (Such an awesome promise!)

●Vs 8- With your eyes, you shall behold and  see the reward of the wicked.

●Vs 10- There shall no evil befall you neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.

●Vs 11- God will personally assign guardian angels to keep charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.

●Vs 13- You shall tread upon the Lion and the adder: the young Lion and the dragon shall you trample under your feet.

●Vs 14- God will deliver you and set you on high because He has known your name.

●Vs 15- If you call upon him, he will answer you.He will be with  you in trouble and deliver you and honour you.

●Vs 16- He will give you long life and show you His salvation.

Wow! Imagine having these assurance every day! It is indeed a beautiful privilege. Why not take the pain to memorise this psalm today.Do not waste time. God bless you!
