With God Nothing is Impossible

When Elisha prophesied in the book of 2Kings 7:1 that food would be sold at unbelievable amounts at the gate of Samaria someone  doubted (anyone could have). A particular officer working for the King demeaned the prophesy asking the silliest question "If the Lord would make windows in heaven, could this thing be"?
Right there on the spot, he got an instant judgement from Prophet Elisha; why, simply because he doubted God's prophecy.

Prophet Elisha told him of course he would witness it with his eyes, BUT he shall not eat of it. Within few minutes/hours something miraculous occurred which attested to the infallibility of God's word.
Numbers 23:19 states, "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"
Have u ever pondered on who orchestrated the fleeing of the Syrians? Of course it is the Lord of Host. The Syrians fled leaving all their tents where the food was stored bare.
2Kings 7:16 avers that " Then the people went out and plundered the tents of the Syrians. So a seah of fine flour was sold for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel, according to the word of the LORD."
Interestingly, the Officer who doubted the Prophet was trampled upon at the gate and died , just as the man of God had said.

Never doubt God, the judgement outweighs the gain. There is nothing too hard for God to do.What He says He will do, that is what He will do, that is why He is called Jehovah.
With God nothing is impossible (Matthew 19:26; Luke1:37).
